Sam has been in the mortgage business since 2002. He’s owned and operated multiple mortgage brokerages, a real estate brokerage, and even an escrow company. Sam is a self-proclaimed family man, with two “children” attending college and another one in trade school. His wife also works in the mortgage and real estate industry, so you could say real estate services run in the family. They live in San Diego and when not working hard, the family enjoys hiking Black Mountain and playing in the waters of Del Mar.
