Vincina “Vinny” Morineau has a lifetime history of making her own way in the world. Vinny was born in Italy, adopted when she was 8, and lived in New York City for 15 years before moving to San Diego in 1982. Though hers was a difficult childhood, she has no regrets: It made her the resilient woman she is today.

After earning a degree in business administration, Vinny traveled all over the world working for the United Nations and owned several retail clothing stores before entering the real estate industry in 2003. With her considerable business acumen, she’s eminently qualified to negotiate all manner of real estate transactions — and she can do business in English, Spanish, or Italian.

As a people-oriented person, Vinny is happy to help clients achieve their real estate goals. She is eager to listen and prides herself on treating every client with honesty, respect, and integrity. She’s driven by the satisfaction of helping others realize their dreams, whether they’re eager first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or military families.

In her spare time, Vinny and her husband volunteer with the Rock Church Marriage Ministry in San Diego. Since 2010, they’ve mentored couples to learn how to better communicate and strengthen their bonds. Encouraged by the profound meaning she finds in that work and real estate, there’s really nothing she would rather do.
