Maryanne Kumiega holds a civil engineering degree from Purdue University and moved west upon graduation. Maryanne brings over 20 years of experience working across a variety of real estate and construction disciplines that span everything from residential investment properties, commercial development, master-planned community development, tenant improvements, gigawatts of utility-scale renewable energy projects, general construction testing, and inspection. She specializes in serving investors, developers, homeowners, and tenants.

Maryanne’s background is perfect for a real estate professional and includes land agreement negotiations, siting, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, title curative, value engineering, project management, and, most importantly, understanding clients’ urgent needs during real estate and financial transactions. An investor herself, she brings deep industry knowledge and understands the complexities of prospecting, clearing title, and overcoming regulatory challenges while tracking market trends to find the perfect property for her clients.

Outside of work, Maryanne enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and anything on or near the water. She is grateful for everything San Diego has to offer for her family year-round.
