A San Diego native, Kimtan holds a bachelor’s degree in international economics from San Diego State University. As a former corporate staff accountant, Kimtan was relied upon for his communication, analytics, coordination, and research. Along with his community connections, sociability, and entrepreneurial spirit, his skills made real estate an attractive choice when he switched careers in 2014.

Kimtan’s work fulfills him as he helps first-time buyers, families, and friends achieve their American dream of homeownership and community. In Kimtan’s spare time, he enjoys taking in the gorgeous scenery from Hilltop Park. He also loves to travel, visit new restaurants, enjoy a beer with friends, and play and watch a wide range of sports. He especially loves watching San Diego’s baseball team, the Padres!
