Katrina Balch is a driven and passionate Realtor, officially becoming licensed in 2023. Before getting her California real estate license, she was working in the market of short-term rental properties in 2022. Born and raised in San Diego, Katrina is absolutely in love with the liveliness and beautiful intricacies of the city. She is 2025 Secretary of the San Diego Chapter of AREAA, the Asian Real Estate Association of America, a non-profit real estate association. Proficient in Tagalog, Katrina is determined to help guide the Filipino community through the journey of homeownership and building generational wealth. She is the Director of Administrative Operations for the Filipino non-profit Bridge the Gap, an organization that bridges generational gaps in the San Diego Filipino American community. She hopes to go above and beyond to treat clients as if they were her own family.
