There are many ways to be successful in business but being kind is one of the best. It works well for Gina Barrit, whose values of honesty, fairness, and kindness are always at the top of her agenda. Others call her positive — always seeing the good in things or finding a lesson to learn. Gina, herself, deems empathy essential in her client relationships.

 

Gina grew up in San Diego and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. After college, life took her east, first to New York and then to Connecticut, where she and her husband lived for nearly a decade. They returned to Southern California in 2012 and settled in Carlsbad a couple of years later.

 

Through all the moves, Gina has proven that she’s able to quickly adapt to change. And having worked in the telecom industry, as well as in medical coding, she’s naturally detail oriented. These attributes serve her well as a real estate professional who feels the responsibility of the immense trust her clients place in her when buying or selling. By attending to every aspect of transactions, she’s able to accurately set expectations and successfully deliver service throughout the process. Helping people reach important decisions in their lives is a great source of satisfaction for her. She entered real estate simply to help a friend — and she’s found it personally rewarding.

 

When she’s not busy helping others, Gina loves to cook, travel, and spend time with her family and friends.
