Meet Eva

A native Californian and a first-generation Czech American, Eva Pavlicek is proud to be part of the powerhouse team at The Avenue Collective.

Having received a Mass Communications degree at UCLA, Eva has spent the last 20 years honing her sales and marketing expertise working in diverse sectors, including radio, television, digital media, and the medical field, before ultimately landing at her current and most fulfilling role as residential real estate advisor.  

As part of The Avenue team, Eva brings her exceptional dedication to helping clients, an innate talent for connecting people, and a knack for crafting win-win deals into her role. She aspires to curate the best experiences for her clients, by guiding them in finding the perfect home that complements their unique lifestyle.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Eva cherishes her time with family and loves to travel every chance she gets.   Her childhood was enriched by summers spent in Europe, an experience that profoundly broadened her perspective of the world, its people, and diverse cultures. These journeys have nurtured Eva's deep-seated love for understanding customs, traditions, and ways-of-life that make traveling to each corner of the globe a "to-do" on her bucket list.
