Get to Know Me
Claudia B. Kenney was born and raised in Tijuana Mexico. Claudia moved to Chula Vista in 2002 and has made it her home since. Claudia received an accounting degree while living in Mexico and used that degree to work at her family business. In 2021 she returned to college here in the United States to complete her requirements to obtain her realtors licenses. While she was going to school, she interned at REMAX Hometown Realtors. In early 2022 Claudia obtained her real-estate licenses and completed her long-time dream. In 2023 she left REMAX Hometown Realtors and moved to The Avenue Home Collective with “The Joseph Realty Team”. Some of Claudia’s many skills are the ability to speak, read, and write two languages and her ability to quickly connect to people and understand their needs and wants when it comes to purchasing a home.
She prides herself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Claudia’s goal is to make every client’s experience as stress free, enjoyable, and memorable as possible whether this is your first time purchasing a home or one second time purchasing a home.
